Charles Culshaw

Director
Charles has been in practice for over 25 years during which time his sound legal and commercial advice has guided client businesses through challenging times as well as through periods of expansion.
His experience includes business finance, commercial contracts,
public sector tendering and contracting, company re-structures and shareholder agreements, joint-ventures, company acquisitions and disposals as well as general commercial disputes.
Gian Floris
Solicitor & Director
Gian qualified as a Solicitor in August 2008. After qualifying specialised in commercial property and employment law but has since become heavily involved in civil and commercial litigation.
Before qualifying as a solicitor Gian obtained a Degree in International Business and Law and Post Graduate Diploma in Law from the University of Central Lancashire.
Peter Bartlett
Solicitor & Mediator
Peter qualified in 1971 and has extensive experience in Residential and Commercial Conveyancing, entering into required negotiations for development lands.
Peter is also accredited as a Civil Mediator and lectures on numerous course for Law Students. Peter also deals with Employment Law.
Charlotte Macfarlane
Solicitor
Charlotte works within the Private Client Department specialising in Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney and also deals with Employment Law.
Charlotte completed her degree in Law and Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice at the University of the West of England, before qualifying in 2015.
Nicole Powers M.CILEx
Private Client Executive
Nicole recently qualified as member of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives and is currently working towards Fellowship grade.
In 2018, Nicole was the awarded ‘Law Student of the Year’ award from Weston College.
Working in the Private Client sector throughout her legal career, Nicole can assist with the preparation of Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection documents.
Nicole can also assist with the process of administering an estate after the death of a loved one to make the entire process easy and stress free for my clients by offering a bespoke service.
